BLOOMHEART

Bloomheart is an elderly gray tabby tom.

Bloomheart was a warrior of Thunderclan who served under the leaderships of Redstar, Seedstar, and Oakstar in the forest territories. At some point in his life, he fathered Deerdapple. He refused to retire, even when reaching elder-age. He mentored Maplepaw, later turning his back on Mapleshade when her affair with Appledusk was revealed. An outspoken supporter of Oakstar, he died attempting to infiltrate RiverClan's elders' den.

APPEARANCE

Bloomheart is a long-legged, skinny gray tabby. He has large paws, with small ears, round cheeks, and a prominent chin. He has tabby patches shaped like hearts all over his body, and a long thin tail. He has two claw-scratch scars on his shoulder as well as a torn ear. His eyes are small and beady, and he has a snaggletooth.

At elder-age, he has a graying muzzle and large, bushy eyebrows.

PERSONALITY

Bloomheart was a deeply determined cat that many would describe as a workaholic. He refused to retire, even when his body began to give out. Staunchly traditional, Bloomheart was hard-set in his belief that a cat's loyalty was in their blood, something that made it impossible for him to reconcile with Mapleshade after her affair was revealed. Stubborn and inflexible, any praise from Bloomheart is a hard-won rarity.
